How old must you be to rent?
You must be 21 and have a valid drivers license to rent through Marine 1. We also require some boating experience.
Can I cancel my reservation?
It is possible to cancel a reservation. One week cancellation notice is required for multi-day rentals and 24-hour notice is required for cancellation on daily rentals.
What hours can I use the boat?
The pontoon can be used during daylight hours. Operation from dusk to dawn is prohibited.
Can I use the boat for tubing?
We allow towing tubers at your own risk. Insurance requires you must only use the equipment and tubes provided by Marine 1.
How many life vests are provided?
Life vets provided for 8 adults. You must proved your own for any children.
What services are included with boat rental?
Pick up and delivery is included with any Marine 1 boat rental. We rent well-kept, clean, late model boats. All boats are insured. Multi-day rentals are welcome.

Can I use the boat for fishing?
We do not allow fishing from our pontoons.
When will Drop-off / Pick-up occur?
You must be present for delivery at 8am. Boats will be picked up at 8pm or dusk (whichever is first) on the last day of the rental term.
